Spearheaded by the teams Marketing and Community Relations Manager Joey Goldstein, the Barracuda have strengthened their bond within the community through numerous outlets including recreational and educational programs, and player and staff appearances at various events including but not limited to hospitals, fundraisers, and Bay Area schools.

The Barracuda have also conducted several collection drives at games that include donations of clothing, sports equipment, pet supplies, military care packages and the fan favorite teddy-bear toss.

In two seasons, the Barracuda have raised a combined $75,000 through specialty jersey auctions and are scheduled to wear six different specialty themed jerseys throughout the 2017-18 season.
